when will I receive my my order?

Once you have placed your order, we normally allow 7-10 days for shipping from when order is placed. We will keep you posted as to your order status. 

what happens if I don't like what I've received?

We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If the product is still in as new condition, you can send it back to The Barn Door and we'll process a refund for you. Please be aware that refund amounts are only for items purchased, this does NOT include shipping costs. If  the item is faulty, we take full responsibility and will refund you full amount (incl shipping costs). 

can The Barn Door help me choose a faux plant for my space?

Yes, absolutely, contact us via the below pop up or send us an email with images of the space you'd like to add some greenery to. We'll come back to you with suggested pieces to help 'naturalize' the space. We are an online-only store and we don't do face-to-face appointments.
